Submission Guidelines

Short articles, checklists, executive summaries, book reviews, innovative insights and 'tools' are preferred.

Please submit your work as an attached text file via e-mail with all elements and desired formatting included if possible. Text directly inserted into an e-mail is acceptable. Please limit the use of tables and large size graphics. To ensure accurate resolution for graphics please include .gif or .jpg files for the images or charts you would like to feature. We reserve the right to exclude large graphics.

Please include a short bio and reference to your related works or professional services offered. Please also include e-mail links to you and/or links to your web site if desired. Also include a photo of yourself in .jpg format if desired.

Important-We do require that you create a reciprocal link on your website to ceofactor.com. Articles will not be published unless this has taken place.

We retain all rights to decide which articles will be published and when they will be published. All articles submitted must support the
spirit of this website and we will not accept any articles, which in the sole opinion of the editors, do not follow these guidelines. Please keep you articles professional and to the point.

A file name or location for your article will be assigned and this will be its permanent file name or location, as long as the article is featured on the ceofactor.com site. Please note that press releases and notices of conferences are generally not maintained beyond the current issue, and that articles may be removed if time dated or as the archives are reorganized from time to time. If you do or plan to link to an article on the site (and we recommend that you do) it is suggested that you frequently check the integrity of the link to avoid disappointing your visitors.

Contributors retain all rights, and copyrights will be cited in the article if provided by the contributor. All articles submitted and published are on a non-exclusive basis - you are free to submit your work to other publishers at any time. If your work is first published in The CEO Factor we ask that you include a reference to The CEO Factor in any future publication i.e. "originally published in The CEO Factor and reprinted with permission."

You may also add the fact that you are " a CEO Factor contributor" on your website.

Permission to reprint

In contributing to The CEO Factor, you agree that the editors of The CEO Factor have the right to grant permission to reprint, and have no liability whatsoever in granting such permission to reprint the contributor's work. We are committed to providing our contributors with the best possible exposure. We will only grant permission to those outlets that, in the opinion of the executives of CEO Factor, are professional and that support the spirit of this website.

Timelines

For unsolicited articles, we are working two to three months in advance of the publishing date. We will do our best to feature the articles as soon as possible. Priority will be given to our partners and the "accelerate" option as described below. Please have patience and feel free to send a reminder to inquire of the latest status of your contribution.

If your work is time sensitive, or for whatever reason you would like to "accelerate" your work and move to the "front of the line," please contact info@ceofactor.com for additional information. There is a fee required and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
